Roughin' it - Neves style

It was quite a sight last Thursday.
Caravanning down University Ave in Provo, all of us over loaded with camping gear.
Tents, tarps, saddles, bridles, halters, ropes, hay, hobbles, camp stoves, coolers, coats, kerosene, food for 30, flashlights, sleeping bags, spare tires, twine, a compressor, saws, fishing gear, eighteen horses and four dogs.
Nothing is simple anymore.
But, that's how the Neves do it.
Past Evanston, past Fort Bridger, on to Mtn.View and Robertson...then turn off on the Meeks Cabin road. Fifteen miles to the reservoir, then just twenty more miles of rocky road to the camp.
Of course it's all worth it in the end.

OH I am so jealouse. It looks sooo pretty! I love the potty! Can I be an adopted Neves next time you go?
Hil,
That is my kind of camping, of course when my kids are a little older. Thanks for calling today! It is nice to talk to someone who is in the same boat and doesn't think I am crazy for having a handfull of kids:)

Convince Randi that something like that is acutally fun.

Hil, you make the 'rocky road' sound kind of amusing, like a cute little side-note. Not the insanity inducing road from Hell that is actually is. Please note.
Thanks for the pictures.
